With the opening of the 2014 Canadian International Autoshow's (Toronto) media day, comes the announcement of price drops for the Subaru WRX & the VW GTI!

The WRX gets a price drop of about $2500, to $29,995 . While the GTI gets a price drop of about $1300, to $27,995 .

No word on what exactly is included at these base prices and whether or not these are "de-contented" compared the to previous years' base model.

Now we just have to wait and see if the new Miata will drop in price ;)

Good call, it should be less busy during the week (except Monday). On the weekend there's always a line to sit in anything interesting (which I wait in).
